Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production/subject to availability) providing they are exchanged 2 days prior to the performance for which they were issued. If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.

HOW DOES THE "SEASON TICKET" WORK?
HOW TO BOOK YOUR SEATS:
As a Season Ticket subscriber you are responsible to book tickets for the shows of your choice. Booking options are either on line, over the phone or in person during box office hours. With our new booking system, you can reserve seats for ANY or ALL six productions beginning September 1st. For example, when you call in September to book for the first play, you can also book for the second play. This will allow you to have better seating options! Please remember tickets are non-refundable so only book for what you know you can attend.
HOW TO USE YOUR SEASON TICKET:
The Season Ticket is like your membership card to our theatre. When booking tickets, please quote either the name or phone number located on the front of your card. To keep track of the amount of tickets booked, write it on the line provided next to the corresponding show located on the back of your card. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are booking for friends who have their own Season Ticket Subscriptions.

WHAT IS THE PREFERRED SEATING SUBSCRIPTION?
The Preferred Seating Subscription allows you to reserve the seat(s) of your choice for ALL 6 shows of our season. Great for patrons who want to receive all their tickets in advance! If something comes up ticket exchanges are free of charge. In order to make this possible we ask our patrons to keep their exchanges to a minimum.
